When will Portofino Riviera apartments be available for new tenants?
We are currently beginning a major upgrade and renovation to our apartment home community. New leases may begin as soon as December 2022. Please contact us for information about waiting lists.
What is the pet policy?
Pets accepted, up to 2 per household. There is a $500 pet deposit per pet. Pet rent is $100 per month. Aggressive breeds are restricted. Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy.
What are the amenities?
An outdoor year-round heated pool, laundry facility, resident courtyard, ample parking, and beautiful landscaping, and nearby natural walking/jogging paths.
What kind of parking is offered?
We offer onsite parking in our garage lot. One assigned space per home. See leasing office for additional information.
Are you a smoke-free community?
We do not allow smoking on the property. We are dedicated to improving the air-quality inside our units also by using low odor, non-toxic paints for interior painting.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We have a grace period through the 3rd, late fees begin on the 4th.
